August 25, 2011:

This girl’s name is Kalifa Logan.  Back in like 2004, she was denied admission to a Catholic school because of her hair.  Her locs were considered to be against the dress code and representative of a ‘cult’ and ‘immorality’.  In other words, they didn’t think her natural self was good enough.  Hmmmm, sound familiar?

I don’t know if she still has natural hair, but her locs were cute back then.
